Chatham Youth Soccer Association, 2022 season program information.

Please be advised, that because of a delayed player equipment delivery, the playing season will be postponed by one week, with a revised starting date between, May 23rd and May 27th.

Players will be contacted prior to May 23rd for two weeks of preseason orientation games.

The Chatham Youth Soccer Association, subject to, Ontario Soccer and local health unit guidelines, is continuing registration, for those divisions where openings exist. Should an application be rejected, contact to be entered at a waiting list.

The CYSA uses Power up Sports software to process on-line registrations and payment (Visa, MasterCard credit cards only), and to recruit volunteers, and referees. If you don’t have access to a computer or credit card, no problem, contact the club at email, to set up an in-person registration.

Using the on-line registration is easy and takes about 10 minutes. A parent or Guardian (must be 18 yrs of age or older) will create a profile account, using a valid email address, telephone number and password. Once the account is setup (1 per family) you can continue or log out and come back any time to add players, add additional parents/guardians, volunteer, or edit your profile. And don’t forget to check the box to subscribe to our email list, to receive important announcements regarding the upcoming season.

Volunteers are an essential part of the CYSA. The club relies on enthusiastic parent and youth volunteers to coach and convene our house league teams. We will provide you with the support and resources you will need. We hope that while using the on-line registration program, you will click the Volunteer Now button on the left-hand side of the home page, to indicate an interest in becoming a Team Official (coach or co-coach), Game Official (referee) or Convenor

Registration rates for 2022 will remain as per 2021 fee schedule

U4 – U5 – U6 (Born 2016 – 2017 – 2018) $100.00

U7 – U18 (Born 2015 – 2004) $140.00

Senior (Born 2003 – & before) $160.00

For players selected to a competitive team, there will be a -$75.00 surcharge-, Revised, April 16, 2022

Refund Policy

If the program is canceled or suspended for COVID-19 health reasons, or by governing bodies, we remain committed to our financial obligations, and can not guarantee a refund.
Once you have registered, you may cancel your registration at anytime, and if prior to April 30, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 administration fee.
If canceling between April 30 and May 28, you will receive a refund of 50% from the registration fee.
For request received starting May 28th, there will be no refunds awarded.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/player to request a refund.
